ORDERING INFORMATION
 

1. MINIMUM ORDER ON RIBBONS IS $25.00 EXCLUDING SHIPPING AND HANDLING.

4. We accept Mastercard, Visa & Discover (on Large orders we will need the order Faxed or Emailed with signature  to us)

5. Payment for mail orders can be charged to Mastercard, Visa  and Discover.

Checks (U.S. only) or money order (U.S. Bank) also accepted.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. ALL U.S. orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified by customer.

2. Minimum shipping charge is $10.00. Next day and second day air shipments are available for an additional charge.

3. Orders shipped via U.S. Post Office (contnental U.S.,APO,FPO) - minimum $10.00.

        All orders are shipped priority mail unless otherwise specified by customer.

4. All orders outside the U.S. are shipped priority mail unless otherwise specified.

        Shipping charges are determined by weight plus a $2.00 handling charge.

        Any special charges will be added to shipping charges. Please contact our office for an estimate on shipping expense.

5. Minimum shipping and handling charges on CANADIAN orders are $12.00

Returns

1. If items ordered are shipped from a different warehouse and are returned, any restock fee that the warehouse charges us will be passed on to the purchaser's credit amount.

2. In stock items in our Bradley Warehouse have no restock fee's

3. Customer pays shipping costs for returns.

4. If Items have to be specially made by the manufacture because it's a non-stock ribbon or because of quantity then there are no returns (unless defective, then it will be replaced be Mfr.)
